Arco is the market-leading supplier for PPE in the United Kingdom. Due to the growth of the firm, they required a new 20,439m2 extension, which is equivalent to almost 3 football pitches. This extension allowed Arco to double its capacity and logistics. With a height of 19m, the extension can hold approximately 40,000 pallets.

What We Did
• The SRS mechanical team worked from the start of the project to install a full mechanical service for this project including heating, water supplies and ventilation.
• Installation of over 500 meters of fusion weld and steel welded gas pipe in a range of sizes from 90mm to 315mm pipe which supplied 5 external air handling units and 9 internal warm air heaters.
• Fitted hot and cold distribution services, above ground drainage and sanitary ware to the warehouse, offices and canteen facilities.
